Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using EndureTrade (the “Service”), including our Chrome extension and web application available at https://enduretrade.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Description of the Service

EndureTrade is a TradingView companion that helps you save, organize, and revisit bar replay sessions on TradingView — including trades and related fields shown on the chart while you use bar replay — together with optional notes, tags, strategy labels, and screenshots you add.

Trading journal features in the broader sense (for example comprehensive journaling across live or paper trading, rich analytics, or exports) are not fully implemented at this time; the Service today is centered on persisting bar replay work on TradingView. We may add or change features as described in our communications and policies.

The Service includes:

  • A Chrome extension that interacts with TradingView for the workflows above
  • A web application for viewing and managing saved sessions, trades, and related content
  • Cloud-backed storage for that data

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time.

Not financial, investment, or trading advice

The Service is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax, legal, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and broker requirements.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Upload, store, or share content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension or web app (except where permitted by law).
  • Scrape, automate access, or overload our systems beyond normal intended use.
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others.
  • Circumvent any security or access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all session and trade data captured from TradingView during your use of the Service, notes, screenshots, and other content you upload or create in the Service (“Your Content”).

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, analyze, and back up Your Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Chrome Extension Permissions

Our Chrome extension requires permission to read the TradingView pages. It only operates on TradingView domains and does not access other websites or unrelated data.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or relies on third-party providers, including TradingView, our cloud hosting and database provider, analytics services, and payment processors (if applicable). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Freemium and Paid Plans

Some features are available only to paid subscribers. Pricing and feature limits may change with notice. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all data will be perfectly preserved. Data capture depends on TradingView’s interface and may occasionally be incomplete.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR GOODWILL.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (liability, indemnification, governing law, etc.) will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in United Kingdom.

Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
